These pajamas are designed specially for the 18 inch doll sizes. (ie American Girl dolls) Tempa will discuss with you the best way to incorporate your family's PJs design onto these teeny tiny ones. The example shown with the Farmhouse font (red/green stripe PJs) shows what we did for one family... made cute little tree appliques for the girls' dolls.
